Through creative strategy, narrative and experience design, I help institutions explore possibilities, clarify what matters, and bring consequential ideas into the world.
My work increasingly extends beyond how ambitious futures are imagined and expressed to how they become viable and real. I'm expanding my inquiry into institutional futures, investment, partnerships, governance and the pathways through which consequential ideas become lasting change.

Marie Fe del Rosario is a creative strategist and experience designer working at the intersection of creative strategy, institutional futures, capital and transformation.
Marie Fe has worked across communications, campaigns, environments, gatherings, recognition, interactive multimedia and digital expressions.
Beginning in design, Marie Fe's work expanded beyond the execution of creative briefs to the strategic questions behind them. Through years of shaping narratives, reframing challenges and developing alternative creative directions, she learned how making ideas tangible could also change the thinking around them.
Her work on transformational philanthropic proposals also brought her close to another dimension of institutional change: the creation of new programs, facilities and initiatives, where compelling visions must be supported by credible plans for funding, partnerships and long-term sustainability.
Today, she brings that perspective to At Threshold, where creative strategy and experience design help institutions give ambitious futures form, meaning and human connection.
Her field of inquiry continues to widen toward venture design for institutional futures—exploring how investment, partnerships, governance and viable models can help consequential ideas move from possibility into reality.
She is also the founder of Élan by Turquoise & Blue, an atelier exploring creative leadership, transformational retreats and experiences of transition.
